"JD" has a special look about him from his unique sooty buckskin color to his incredible athletic ability-he is one you won't want to pass up. He has done everything there is to do on the ranch from checking pastures to dragging calves. He has been our personal ranch horse for nearly 8 years. This horse has more speed than you'll ever need whether you're running to a calf or on the barrels. However, he does not sacrifice his handle as he is soft in the face, has excellent body control and a great big stop. He is very cowy and has proven to be easy to train in the arena. He is patterned on the barrels and has been taken to some Jr High Rodeos in the barrel racing for seasoning. He has also roped hundreds of calves out of the box and is ready to start seasoning and jackpotting on. With his big stop and superior cowsense, he'll be winning money at the rodeos in no-time. He rides around correctly and has a very nice handle, making him versatile and easy to ride. He is a big motored horse and is full of athletic ability, not making him a beginner horse.
