"Skip" is a 4-year-old gelding standing at 15 hands high. We have had the pleasure of owning this gelding since he was just 2 years old, and he is genuinely a tough one to part with. Skip is as honest and kind as they come. He would excel in any ranch task or arena activity. He’s beginning to work on the heel side and is already a solid ranch horse. He really stops hard with no effort and spins a hole in the ground. Just point him in any direction, and he’s ready to go. We've utilized him to drag calves in the branding pen, tend to cows in the pasture, and assist in calving heifers last winter. You can ride him all day in the pasture with a stride that's truly exceptional. Skip loves to cover ground with an impressive running walk.
